10 Years in Competitive Archery


Kieren, Chris, Brian, Martyn and Jared achieve projected FITA World Field Rankings of 12th, 73rd, 81st, 124th and 76th respectively.  Kieren wins ArcheryGB National Junior Barebow Clout Champion and sets a new national record in the process.  The DNAA County Ladies Recurve Field and Clout Championship titles are taken by Abby.  Jan wins the DNAA County Ladies Compound Field Championship.  Chris takes the DNAA County Gentlemen Barebow Field Championship title in his first year.  The DNAA County Gentlemen Recurve Clout Championship is won by Jared.  Liam wins the DNAA Junior Gentlemen Field Championship while Kieren takes the DNAA Junior Gentlemen Indoor and Outdoor Championship titles.  Ken, Jan, Abby and Jared are selected to represent the county at senior level while the entire DNAA Junior Gentlemen Recurve team is supplied from Whitburn Juniors - Kieren, Adam, Adam and Liam.


Abby is selected to represent England at the Euronations tournament, defends her NCAS Regional Ladies Recurve Indoor title and takes a clean sweep of DNAA County Championship titles winning the Indoor, Outdoor, FITA, Field and Clout titles.  The NCAS Regional Junior Gentlemen Under 12 Recurve Indoor Championships is won by Kieren, along with the DNAA County Outdoor, Field and Barebow Clout titles.  Following a switch to Compound, Alex takes the DNAA County Junior Gentlemen Compound Indoor Champion while Michelle wins the DNAA County Junior Ladies Recurve Indoor Championship.  Whitburn supply a Senior County Team Member in Abby and 2 Junior County Team Members in Kieren and Adam (while in his first year of shooting).
